Failure Report

• The composite manufacturing machine is made in China.
• The machine was equipped with a Siemens MM430 drive.
• During this period, the drive was overheating significantly and frequently triggered OH (Overheat) faults. The client had to resort to using an air conditioner to cool it, but even then, it was ineffective. Occasionally, the production line would stop, causing substantial losses for the client.
• The incorrect choice of the Chinese company, which offered no guarantees, caused significant losses for the client.
• Ultimately, the drive burned out, and there was no replacement or service available in Iran.
• After a technical evaluation, the VX drive was determined to be the best and most suitable option.
