It is hereby announced that Parto Sanat Knowledge-Based Company, in collaboration with the Vice-Presidency for Science and Technology and with the support of the Innovation and Prosperity Fund, offers its products to esteemed industrialists through a leasing program under the following conditions.
Parto Sanat’s products include motor speed controllers (VFDs) with a power range from 2.2 to 350 kilowatts.
Leasing Terms and Conditions for Valued Customers:
1. Valued customers must be either private or cooperative legal entities (i.e., non-governmental and non-public companies or institutions), or qualified natural persons whose competence is verified by recognized legal systems such as medical, engineering, or professional associations, or by official authorities of the country (such as the Ministry of Agriculture Jihad, Chamber of Commerce, etc.).
2. Valued customers are the recipients and obligors of the leasing facilities; however, the related payments are made directly to the seller.
3. Valued customers must be the end users of the product. (Subject to approval by the Fund’s Board of Directors, exporters or distributors of knowledge-based products may also be covered under this program.)
Financing Terms and Conditions
1. The amount of financing is determined based on the value of the concluded contracts and the creditworthiness of the customers.
2. The financing will cover up to 70% of the contract amount or the value of the delivered products.
3. The repayment period for the financing shall not exceed 30 months.
4. The annual interest rate is at least 9%.
5. The buyer’s grace period ranges from 3 to 6 months.
