Installation and Commissioning Report: In the previous drive installation, due to a distance of over 100 meters and the presence of noise in the control circuit, the induced voltage prevented frequency stabilization. Other companies had also attempted to install well-known drives but failed to stabilize the frequency. However, we successfully commissioned the VX drive with minimal cost by isolating the control circuit using a few relays, achieving full frequency stabilization and earning the client’s satisfaction.
